IIRC, the E+ had some silver bits and pieces here and there on the dashboard, looked different from the emotion. Not clear on this coz the car was locked.
E+ having ABS too but not sure whether that in E

The Indian Punto in this picture is not emotion pk variant. Notice the missing steering controls?
I am not sure if the emotion and emotion+pk get different central consoles. Can anyone who has seen both in Indian Puntos confirm please?
Or for that matter, is there any difference in central consoles of Linea Emotion and Linea Emotion Pk?
Totally agree with Silent Engine. You are comparing a base model with the high spec Abarth version.
If you look at the Climate Control A/c unit on the Abarth model it is quite similar to the Linea Emotion Pack console unit.

BTW for all of you who are still unsure if FIAT is really going to launch the Punto on the 17th of June, it is confirmed on FIAT India's blog

the punto logo and the CF look dashboard should at least be optional extras! i'm sure Fiat will find enough takers!

if anyone has noticed the gear knob on the international punto seems to be similar to the palio, in terms of functionality for Reverse Gear.
Since it was omitted in the Linea, maybe it will be omitted in the Punto as well, which is not good on Fiat's part but can be forgiven.

in india cars are launched with head rather than heart, thats why we still dont have the swift sports, which also would have surely found enough buyers.

The answer is Yes
The punto does come with the reverse lock.

One thing is for sure. The Punto desperately needs alloys to make it look good. I dread to think of the wheel covers FIAT has in store for us, the hapless buying public.

looks like the red punto clicked by JayD is not wearing alloys, but it doesn't look bad
