The website Fiat Punto is updated! You can book a test drive now and participate in "the Be Bold challenge"

"Be Bold" seems to be the catch phrase for Punto (Like Linea: Admiration Guaranteed).

So ppl maybe they have some powerful engines in the line-up for you to "be Bold" ?

Booked a test drive on the website . Let's see how fast you respond, Fiat.

The website is pretty funky. Anyone here believes, like me, that Fiat seems to be a little more aggressive with the Punto then they were with the Linea? In comparision, the Linea's website was very sober and 'executiveish'

Booked a test drive too! Now lets wait and watch.
Quite liked the site, loved the way in which the test drive form is filled.

Really imaginative. Now if the car is as good as the website ...

I seem to have lost track of the engine options in these 85 odd pages. Can someone be kind enough to point me there.

Thanks

And I registered to be kept updated and win cool goodies.

I agree that Punto's website is using bright and bolder colors. Seems they are targetting the youth.

Considering their past reputation isn't "Be Bold" means "Are you bold enough to go for a FIAT" (pun intended as I'm a FIAT owner myself)

Thats what positioning is all about -- the target market for Linea is a middle aged greying balding, paunchy gentleman like me , where as the Punto is for someone @ a decade older than me

Aha! Thanks MS!
90 bhp from a 1.4 seems a little less dont you think considering i20 has 80 bhp from a 1.2 and Jazz 90 again from a 1.2?

But then if it drives well then I dont think it will be a problem, Of course its all conjecture at this point in time. Can't wait to take a test drive.

Cheers

Hiren, the torque availability is more, and that too at a lower RPM - the 1.4 will be a good engine no doubt..

In the test drive page, is it not highlighting that the car is "city centric"? Then are we not dreaming too much expecting a powerful engine? For me a city car is the one with loads of bells and whistles and a punny engine
