Fiat India has announced the launch of VCARE, a customer-centric service programme across India. The company has launched a national Toll Free Helpline number – 1600-22-21-22, which will be accessible through a landline. For 24 hour breakdown assistance, Fiat customers can also reach for assistance by dialing single response number 9622-22-21-22 through their mobiles or landlines.

The first number worked me when I called to check if it works. After all it is Fiat customer care. It worked first time and there was answer too.

But the later did not work when I called from my Reliance mobile.

24 Hr Toll Free Help Line ?? & 24hr BreakDown Assistance ??that too NATION-WIDE !!! Just called both the numbers to check-out their support in Kolkata (its now 1840hrs).

Result : Got thru both the numbers in ONE shot....irony..NO ONE PICKED UP the call...so am stuck in the middle of the road

VCARE for our a##! I guess they launched this after visiting T-BHP and seeing those posts abt the rusted rims, dented body...etc.!!!

all these numbers work from BSNL connections only..BSNL has not given connectivity to these numbers from Reliance

I will rather tow my vehicle to service center rather than searching in the middle of no where for BSNL land phone or stopping every passerby checking if somebody is having BSNL mobile.
