Came across this post at indiacar about a horrible expereince a Opel Corsa Sail customer had with a GM dealer.
Read about it here
All i can say is, this service/repair experience leaves behind all other car dealers in shoddy and rude service. (Shoddy is too mild a word here!)

If this is true (I have a feeling it is), then its a terrible experience for that Sail customer. But he smartly does not mention how much the insurance company reimbursed him for. Shame on this dealership for a total lack of co-ordination and pathetic attitude toward the customer.

Now that's what i call a sad story. Can't believe he actually waited that long, he's got some patience.

Seriously, this guy should be given a medal!

I would have blown my top at this. And this guy is still so calm about it. I had a similar experience with my bike and the Bajaj service guys, and trust me, i let them know how I felt!

Well waiting for weeks together just to get a quote.....Believe me guys the dealers will take u for a ride...u need to sit on their heads and get the things done....
Before taking the delivery i always make sure to check the car externally, then everyting inside the car and then go for the test drive before signning that i am satisfied with the car service......
And everytime the service guy had forgot something or there would be some grease somewhere......
Just be smart enough to cross check what the service station has done and you will never land up in the mess....
