Maruti Udyog has topped the list of J D Power ranking for the fifth year in a row in terms of customer satisfaction.

I'm not surprised. Maruti deserves it. But' i'd love to see them bring in newer versions of it's cars, soon.
The Swift should be the first to cut the ribbon.

I'm not surprised at maruti topping......... its all in the service and reliability...

ya.. probably because they didn't ask me.

But i think this ... if I am unsatisfied with Maruti service... what if I had a fiat!.. .. would be banging my head on the wall

I just had a look at the chart. I'm not surprised that Maruti is leading the way. But, I wonder how HM - Mitsubishi and Opel managed to come in at joint #2. They sell cars that are outdated and overpriced and if you look at today's Lancer, it's quality is certainly not as good as earlier cars.
