The Haval H6 was spied testing in India. On multiple occasions before, the
coupé version of the H6 was also spied. If launched in India, it is expected to get a 2.0L, 204 bhp turbo-petrol engine or a 1.5L turbo petrol-hybrid that produces 243 bhp and 530 Nm of torque.

Don't think they are coming. I was hoping they did, but a lot has happened in between. They have abandoned their India plans (also laid off India staff). The plant that they were to takeover has been taken up by Hyundai.
GWM (Haval’s parent company) had earlier abandoned their plans to come to India due to delays in the handover of the ex-GM Talegaon plant and the India-China hostilities.
If this is GWM testing a car and not some sort of component testing, this can only be good news for the Indian market. Both MG and BYD have shown that Chinese cars (especially EVs) can offer the best value propositions in our market. My guess is that GWM would have found a JSW-style local partner, which will help them get their investments cleared in the future.
OT: I really like their Tank 300 off-roader. Might be good for India around 30-35L - and it comes with a hybrid powertrain and 5-star ANCAP rating! clap:

The car in the picture is sporting Bhutan plates. Mostly probably traversing through eastern part of the country to Bhutan.

Looks more like the number plates of the Yaris and RAV4s that were spotted testing.
Either component testing or testing by ARAI.
