BTW, now that competition is growing, we can expect better after sales support and quality from the manufacturers.

P.S. Got this url from this forum itself. Linky : Consumer Online Resources & Empowerment Centre But i am not aware if it really works. Maybe someone can throw more light on their experience if they have logged any complaint on this site. (i searched but cant find relevant threads).
