January 11th Auto Expo Meet. Who wants to be in Delhi?

Hey guys..am definitely in..but will come for three days..maybe 14,15,16 or 13,14,15.. can you guys by any remote chance plan the mega meet on 13..sunday..? This would enable one to attend the meet as well as the Auto Expo!!

The first day is dumb as half the stalls are not setup or opreational..and likewise the second half of all days are practically impossible ! A better bet is to see it in 2 or 3 days on the first half..i.e 10 to 2..

Sorry Headers not possible because everyone else is coming in on the 10th/11th. Your best bet to see the show is also on the 11th and don't worry about half-read stalls & all that at the Delhi show. 10th is a Press day & there is NO way that there is going to be any half-finished stalls left at the Expo.

I have registered on the website for free business pass.. but does it really work?

Meet timings would be around 7:30-8pm till whenever it lasts! If you can co-ordinate with me or Nitrous we'll make arrangements to give you a lift till the meet venue.

10th would not be possible as it is a Press day. You can try on the 11th.

I am in for sure..... I'll be there from 10th till the 13 or 14th. Coming back with dad whenever that is.

I am taking the evening flight out of Bangalore. Hope that isnt delayed. Am yet to go through the whole 5 pages...will do so asap.

If you guys are having a late night party at a farmhouse, I cant make it :( .

I suggest some sort of lunch or late lunch (after 3:00 pm) meet. That way, some of us who cant be out late can also get to meet you guys. Then you guys can go ahead and have your farmhouse fun

PS: Also, visit our stall. I may or may not be there. But my dad will definitely be there. Our stall will be in the Garage Equipments section.... Look for Madhus

We'll meet him and ask for late-nite permission on your behalf. Ishaan may even buy some tyre equipment just to make your dad happy.

Please don't shift the meet date. 11th evening seems to be the best option for many team-bhpians. I'll be arriving in Delhi by 5th or 6th. So, let the parties begin and I wanna get ELEVATEd.

Yup, it needs to be the 11th - apart from anything else, its a Friday, a great way to kick in the weekend. Besides, Steer gos off on the 12th so it JUST HAS TO BE THE 11TH!

Zak, PM me your Mobile number if you get in by the 5th - we can meet for a drink that Saturday, depending on where you are staying (I'm on the other end of the NCR in Gurgaon)
