Ok PM's sent to all active members from the NCR area. Venue has been confirmed as Zucchero's farmhouse & have already spoken to the Caterer, now as & when I get the confirmations, I just have to tell him about the expected number of people attending. Also, this time he'll be getting two tandoor's to make sure there is no delay in serving the food.

Once we confirm the numbers, we'll also finalise the menu & post it here for everyone's knowledge. Also, if there are any specific things/queries people have or if someone wants something arranged, please post them here.

Thanks Ishaan for the PM, otherwise I would have missed this wonderful event. I would be there guys, would be leaving from Patel Nagar both for the Expo and meetup..

Steeroid is coming from Dubai.
Zak is coming from Cochin.
Zensible is coming from Chicago,i guess.
Some from bangalore too.
This ought to be a team-bhp international meet,actually.

There're some more guys coming from down south. And couple a guys more dropping in from different countries. Some fortunate ones will make it to the meet.

I am coming from Dwarka. But will reach the venue from the Expo. But we can come back together in my car.
