Hey all u petrolheads!!
There's confirmed news that Bharat Petroleum is launching 97 Octane petrol...the same stuff which was given to that "kanjus" Tendulkar

...coming to the point it was due to launch later this month,but due to the earthquake,however they gonna start by Jan, however it will be available only at 2 pumps one of them is the one opp. to Shoppers stop in Bandra.Rejoice guys...

according to ACI,now 87 octane fuel will be replaced by 91octane petrol to help E-3 emissions.

and the 93 Octane by 95 Octane petrol.

They were supposed to launch it on the 25th dec.I dunno whether its done as yet or delayed,as i aint in town.But i`d take wacky`s words for now.
Just hope they launch it b4 the Speedrun.

for a DSI engine like in the NHC..... 87 is not recommended!!

some honda guys are just freaky....
i suggest u use 93/95 octane petrol for ure car ...
it will be better
trust us ...
we know ....
and who knows there may either be an increase in performance or no drop

ther wudnt be a performance drop definitely,but the only thing is the performace of the engine in terms of smoothness and driveability wud increase,not sure on the mileage though.

Hey,
Speed and Speed 93 wud not result in any kinda performance drop on the NHC.Infact it`ll improve the performance and the Fe as well.Its tried n tested on my cousins car.
So its safe.Just go ahead and tank up.

x's cuz and my jijaji ...
no problems ...
infact it went up to 160 kmph on the baroda highway which is the best 2 lane road in the country

well hes getting 14 and on a recent trip to bombay got about 17 - 18...
his mondeo gives him 9 and his old esteem 12 ....
but that is out there ...
its improved by .5-1 kmpl

with the Golden Quadrilateral project ,every road that u drive on is gonna alook the ebst 2,4-lane.
have u been on the NH4 pune bangalore highway.
the stretch from after katraj ghat to satara is also good.its a blast.
