Don't believe this report.

Fiat's CEO in an interview with AutoCar India said that both GP and Linea will be avaliable by mid-2008. I sent a email to Fiat a couple of months back asking about the launch of the GP and I got a reply saying that the GP alongwith Linea will be launched by Mid-2008.

None of the smaller makers like Ford, Mitsubishi, fiat, Skoda are good at keeping dates.

I too would like to see GP and linea come asap but I just wouldnt believe Fiat India. (atleast until furter news at autoexpo.)

I hope Fait India keeps it promise of launching GP by Mid 2008. More importantly they should price it right.
Fait should plan their revival and increase the market share with GP & Palio with 1.3 MJD.

I always wanted to buy Adventure and if it comes with Diesel wow.. i m gonna sell my GTX right away.

No fiat fan, it not necessary as we all know what reputation both the companies enjoy here. But if going by the news of 4.5 lacs for Palio 1.3 MJD, Palio sure would sell this in some good numbers.

1.3 JTD palio is confirmed by FIAT and will be available post Feb 2008.
