And don't forget the radically designed rear bumper and the removal of one horizontal slat from the front bumper grill to aid the aerodynamics.

Oh my! What a radical step forward from Maruti! They should be applauded for bringing us such radical upgrades!

Atleast MUL is doing some modifications, instead of just increasing the price. May be they want to make the customers feel that they are paying more for the additional changes than a mere price increase.

Considering Maruti may as well sell the swift and its different versions for another decade (hope not! . Maruti seems to be learning), too early to give it a thourough face-lift.

I think I saw the new 2008 ZXi. Although it was for a short duration and it was getting dark, from what I could grasp, it indeed had ORVM mounted turn indicators.

the way i see it 10k makes no diff to the person who is hell bent on the swift anyways. its not worth paying the price i agree but whats the point they will charge u for sure. its like when it came out the price was less people bought it in dozens then the prices went up people were still buying and was on wait at some places for 6 months. i was wondering whether i was in maruti or bmw showroom. one of the reasons i did not get a swift was the waiting period then.

Hyundai has also hiked Getz CRDi prices by 13k.

So, even though Swift D prices have gone up, nothing still comes close to it in terms of price. (Except for coming Palio 1.3 if they get pricing right)

I had posted earlier and I confirm. I did indeed see that the ORVM had turn indicators mounted on them. They were tiny but were there.

What about Electric Mirrors?? I think that's one vital feature that's missing in Swift...

I agree, the old tail lights are made of pathetic quality and looks bad. The new one looks good, but has scope for improvement.
