You have a pic of a WRX in your icon and you are not even able to tell if they are leaf springs at the back?

Like someone else noted....there are no rear bumpers...so minor traffic incidents can set you back some amount.

Good Job Million_Swords. The car looks cool, though it seems to have derived a lots of things from various other brands in the market.

If Tata is able to keep the noise down and prevent the car from swaying it should be a great deal to opt for

I wonder what engine are they planning to offer us under the hood?!
Maybe the 3Litres Safari engine! And of course, goodies like 4WD are welcome.

Guys why the hue and cry about an SUV having leaf springs at the rear...??
As far as i know the true SUV's in the US are based on truck chassis so they all have leaf springs at the rear.this way the SUV's are cheaper to make and also they evade the emission norms in the US...to confirm i spotted a HUMMER with leaf springs here in Goa..it was an H3 model..

According to the news people on TV, the New Sumo Phoneix is going to have the 2.2 engine of the Safari

I know it wont happen, but if it will then be prepared for madness on the road, Taxi drivers using all that power.

Emission norms differ for trucks and cars. So any thing that is defined as a truck will have lower emissiom norms, so putting leafs they get away with poor(compared to cars) emission standards.
