do you think its true?
i mean as far as i know it was supposed to compete with the likes of E class

since you've seen it in flesh what do you think??

the pictures you have taken show thw cadillac very impressive
so if it competes with c class will you be foe it,or would you choose something else?

The base model CTS competes with entry level C-class. However, the fully loaded OTT version competes with the entry level E-class on price points.

The CTS is a very very good car. I had the good fortune to hitch a ride to Snoqualmie the other day on a spanking new black CTS. It was IMO fantastic.

Afterall it is the Motortrend 2008 car of the year.

I'm not sure ehat your last question means but afaik the CTS is in C Class territory. Any reason for you to think otherwise?

Yes the Cadillac CTS would compete against the C-class.
This car sports a 3.6 litre engine, and would make its way in India this year. The cars' estimated price is 30lacs. The new C-Class Petrol costs Rs. 27lacs and the Diesel variant would cost 30lacs.
