If you can get the measurements and placements of holes to be drilled from newer 800s; which should not be a problem, I see no reason why you cannot fit rear seatbelts in your car. You can easily get the original MGP seatbelt assembly from Maruti themselves. The 3 measurements you will need will be:

1. On both C-Pillars where the seatbelt pivot would be located.
2. Under the rear seat bench, where the locking buckles would be tightened.
3. In the boot, where the seatbelt re-tractors would be clamped.

A basic premise for fitment can be like these pictures, which I shot for another thread. These pictures are for factory fitted seatbelts on my '02 Zen. Measurements would sure differ for 800, but the basic stuff will be the same. Trust this will help:

In the Boot - Retractors:
