i can just recollect when TATA recalled Safari Dicors for retrofits and a few free upgrades. Everybody said "Why cant TATAs do it before delivery. There quality check is bad. All TATA cars have defects and etc etc". So it was all bad for TATAs. But when Maruti or Toyota does it, we spare no chance to appreciate them and call them customer oriented...even if it is to the extent of replacing a car. I mean the good side is that they are replacing a whole car and giving you new but the other side is that they are doing it because your car must have been too risky to be on road and they gave you such a vehicle
Just a thought from my side. I also appreciate all those who accept a mistake and care to recall and fix the issues...
