This was just a Hoax mail sent on many forum, don't keep too much hopes on that car. It is a Concept Car which was built by Renault.

Come on!
It started as a gossip + rumour mail. It did visit many inboxes in many avatars. Some with a clear note saying this is fake.

This shows the fact that any rumour can be made into a fact if spread well.

If TATA can make 1 lac car nano, why not 1.3 lac car by Renault? It's highly possible.
