from what i hear it will be 1.5-2.5l more expensive than the current accord. so expect it to be around 19-20 OTR.

Nope and no go if the pricing rumor is true. Would'nt the auto run up to almost 22L on road!!! Could have picked up the phased out A4 for that much. I am going to a new Honda Dealership that has opended in Jamshedpur to get some more details on Friday. Hopefully I return with something good.

My initial reaction says the New Accord will be a slow mover compared to the last-Gen Accord. Its a bit bland (both exterior and interior) and lacks 'something' compared to the outgoing model.

Infact i think the last-gen was one of the best Accords ever!

Just my opinion

An updated article claims

"The heart of the Honda Accord is the advanced 2.4l i-VTEC engine that delivers a power of 180 PS which is more than the outgoing Accord.

The fuel efficiency of the car has been improved by 8%"

Sounds incredible and should compensate for its looks where sales r concerned.

The new rear end is outright ugly! Why do new cars have ugly butts?

Even the front grill sucks! The headlights are the only saving grace upfront.
