yeah right. u want me to drive from teh city to thane to get gas! ????
my RS never leaves the city. my longer drives I use my couins Accord. To go to the facotry I use my '96 Astra. and if we go out for dinner we use my nephew's CVT. The advantages of living in a big family!

Chill dude...
How does it matter to me if ur RS goes out of town or not or which car you use to go to different places.
i just told you of an available option doesnt mean you have to go fill gas there.

becuase i dont drive that much. when i do it is late at night. the RS puts about 800km per month. I'm on my 4th or 5th tank load since i got it (october). i did not plan to use it so little but i let my driver use it once and he almost killed us along with others. i guess he is not used to the power surge above 2000rpm. now the poor car is just used by me or my nephew at night. sorry about getting personal in my earlier post.

when do you guys get the chance to drive? By the time I get home I'm pooped. :-(

i have managed 4500 km's in 4 months of mostly city driving ......mostly evenings and nights .... the beauty of the Vrs is its a civilized car in traffic and on the open roads , 3500+ rpm its a beast .

30K in a RS? wow! where did you go?

NC, how is the chembur - vashi drive? how many km? how long does it take?

I've got just about 2000km since 7th october partly becuase we were out of town much of december. so you can say about 500km per month. ouch that is even worse than my prevous estimate.

Wow! An average of 3,000 a month? One of the few who is actually breaking even on the price difference of an Accent petrol vs a CRDi.

Navin, Drifter drives an Accent CRDi.

navin,

from where i live in chembur to the point of entry in vashi is about 11 -12 kms approx and in the morning it takes me 8-9 min but if u r lucky and there is less traffic u can do it in 5 min flat. also driving in new bbay is more pleasurable becoz of the wide roads and yes the palm beach road is always there to satisfy the quest of speed !!
