Some interesting car trivia that i came across.
Keep it rolling!!!

Source: Car Mantra (VOL. 1 / ISSUE 2)

1. The most popular and affordable car in India
Currently, it is the Maruti 800. This passenger vehicle, in India, crossed the one million sales mark in 2005. This segment grows at 10-15% annually.

2. Every fifth car sold in India is an Alto
To meet the increasing demand of Indian car buyers, Maruti came out with a new model called the Alto, which has more power than the Maruti 800. Currently, out of every five cars sold in India, Alto is the fifth.

3. Car finance in India
Around 85% of the cars sold in India are financed by banks when compared to the global average of 70%. In the neighboring country of China, only 15-20% vehicles are financed.

On average there is about 3,000 feet of electrical wiring in every car.

5. The world’s first motor-accident
CThe first modern car design is credited to Karl Benz, who created a prototype of the modern car in 1885. However, machines running on steam-propelled engines were designed over a hundred years earlier and the first steam-propelled car was built by Nicolas Cugnot in 1769. Funnily enough, this car was quite popular till it hit a brick wall in 1771. This incident is still recognized as the world’s first motor accident. The vehicle is still preserved in the Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Metiers in Paris.

6. A collection of cars
Sergio Goldvarg (Argentina) has a collection of over 7,000 cars which he has collected since 1962. All are on display in the Waffleworks restaurant, Hollywood, Florida, USA.

7. World’s widest road
160 cars can drive side by side on the Monumental Axis in Brazil, the world’s widest road.

Thats quite an effort from someone who had nothing to do with cars. Anyone can cut & paste info from the net,but it sure looks like you are getting more involved with your job requirement!
Way to go,Radhika!

Key of F?

Usually there are two horns, and both produce different note - in order to get a loud brash honk. What this "key of F" thingie possibly means is that both the horns generate notes within this key. That would mean one is making F note and the other is making either of A(3rd), Bb(4th) or C(5th).

If the horns are not in same key - then the sound produced when both are playing at same time would be horrible
