I agree with the others. Chances are that its an Indigo.....and if it is, Tata has gone ballistic with the rear end styling. You can see some touches of droopiness (the new fad?) and multiple lights (e.g. one on each side of the number place).

Any chance of front end pictures? Great scoop!

P.S. EDIT : What about the NNHC (New New Honda City)!! It is scheduled for launch in the next couple of months, and we have been dying for spy pics. Is this Honda testing?

Tata.

Its Tata indigo mostly. The rims are from Indica platform.

But secondly, it could be 1.6 diesel fiesta with new looks. The most surprising feature is the lamp on the boot lid and the covering seems to be cut for that light. So, i wonder if its indigo, sometimes.

Might be Toytoa Vios.

Does not look like the new Indigo, Maybe another car from the TATA stable.

Any possibilities of Ford or Honda testing in that area ???

Whatever it is, the guys did a good job of masking and camoflauging the car. 3 pages and still no solid answer

Those are reflectors on the car cover.

Maybe its the ultimate disguise by Ford or Honda. Fit Indigo wheels and fool everybody.

On a side note, if we get covers like this, we don't need to ever take them off to drive and the car stays clean and protected

IMHO - I think its a fiat.
In the indigo - there is a clear view of the exhaust tip and the pipe.

similarly in the Ikon as well

where as in this image - the exhaust tip is missing (unless its there and i cant see it - then i am wrong! )

where as- the rear of the fiat linea-

my palio runs on stock rims- which looks very similar to the indica rims.

Thanks for the update Madan! But the spy pics no way look like a Linea.
There is no other Sedan expected from Fiat stable.

Knowing TATA, the front will be same as new Indica. They should look at the new Altima..thats a cool droopy look.

@Madan this is the new Indigo and we expect it to be totally different from the current Indica.

I swear dying is not the word. Honda has been done a good job to keep the car away from us till now. Suprising part is NNHC is expected to be launched in Thailand around August and even they dont have any spy pics. But according to few Honda forums. NNHC production is already on .

and they should make the covers in the same colours as the car itself (this sounds like an interesting business proposition)

back to topic, going by majority opinion, i think this is defintely the new Indigo.....kudos to Tata !!!

Yes, I misjudged the lights.
The car is rather very tall and that makes my wonder wheather it is really Tata Indigo. Looks like something from Honda.

And the cover option is useful in traffic and parallel parking!
