From the second pic, looks like the sloping bonnet stays but the car seems to be good looking from the first pictures. Awarty why dont you post the other pictures as well.

Is it really the new City? As far as I know most Honda test cars sport a UP registration similar to the car above.

Mate... too much watermark for me too, kindly re-publish the picture with some low watermark signs.

Thanks for the efforts, otherwise also

yes the UP registration is one of the few pointers towards the car being a Honda. I dont think there is any existing or new car maker with a plant in UP other than Honda. But why are they road testing it in Pune. Has it come for homologation :O ? That makes the launch very imminent and much before Diwali.

Guys,

Firstly, thanks for all the kind words. This is a great online community, I have learnt a lot from it and I am glad that I could contribute in some way.

I am at work using my office laptop and I watermarked the images in a hurry using Paint, once i get home I'll have access to better tools and will reformat and re-upload all the images.

Nice pics, great job. But somehow, I do not like these new age shapes.

The car in the picture isn't as radical as NHC, but way better than other contraptions. Nonetheless, its from Honda

Does the dash look different from Jazz ? The sheet metal is very different from Jazz/Fit. You could have tried some light coloured water mark at one or two positions only. A great job.

(OT: The watermarks at Team-bhp are done over-enthusiastically I guess)

I agree that the OHC even if brought back again will sell like hot cakes but then Honda has moved on. I think all future Honda Citys will be inspiration from the NHC with design changes of course. If one notices , the dashboard seen in the second picture looks simlar to the NHC.

Awaty, since we have just seen pictures and you have seen the actual thing for a good period of time , I would really want your opinion on the looks .

Few Questions..

1) Is this really city?

2) If yes then it is not at all matching to inspiration pictures that we saw earlier.

3) My personal view is that it is going more towards European style rather than honda style , but you never no.

I had far more expectation from NNHC in terms of futuristic looks , but this one doesn't seem matching them.
