I have always filled in Shell inspite of the increases! This is indeed a good news

WOW. . Great news to hear on a Monday morning. Thanks for sharing it Path Finder.

~60.00/L is good enough -- just between regular petrol & premium petrol

I Am on to Shell now for sure -- till the prices soar again.

Cheers,

With shell decreasing prices, lets hope they stick to their earlier standards and not compromise on quality and quantity.

as far as I know ,crude oil price was $120/gallon when shell offered their petrol for Rs67. Now crude oil price is almost half continuously na?
The point is that now in Bangalore Shell Super is priced in between normal and premium (Speed/Power etc.) from that Indianoil/BP/HP, it makes lot of sense. Many times you drive to a normal petrol bunk, they say they have only premium and not normal. So you are forced to take the premium – instead now Shell comes at lower cost!

59.95 is what I paid for petrol yesterday. Is 55.95 a typo or is there a drastic drop today? At 55.95 it is a steal with regular Petrol being 57.2

Wow ! I tanked up a week back at Shell@OMR and i paid 62.45. If its dropped by 2.5/litre ... makes even more sense to tank up at Shell.

Is shell the best in terms of quality fuel available in market today. Because its been a long discussion going on about the shell fuel prices.

We do not have shell filling stations in our town.

yes it is a typo, my bad...

shell petrol Rs.59.95/-, shell premium is still a lot better than BP's speed petrol...

Yeah Men! Bangalore is the most expensive when it comes to petrol. Petrol is some 15% more compared to Delhi.

And Cars too - the road tax is somewhat more than 2.5 times of what it is in Delhi!
And still you find the Bangalore traffic notorious

Do any of you know if Trichy has a shell petrol outlet. If yes, what is the cost here.
