Great News! Hope they price it like a Maruti. Anywhere below the WagonR would be great.

Mostly the news article state that the car is expected in mid-November. Its infact a news that the car are expected to be in showrooms by 1st week of November. This means that the launch is quite near.
However, did your friend tell you about
1) Any news about the exact specs of the car specially the engine ?
2) Is the price around 4 lakhs or the introductory prices are going to be less ?
or he will come to know about this tomorrow ?

Do update us if you have got any news.

Man! How I miss not being in Cochin!
So, the price bracket is pretty much confirmed to be above wagonR? It would've been better if it could start lower. :wish:

nice. Does anyone else think the concept A-star is sexy as hell for a small car? Though, I know the actual production model is nice, but doesnt have that oomph factor!

Is ABS optional in VXi just like it is in Swift ?
Any information on the space like boot space ( ltrs ) ?
Which gearbox ? The same old in Wagon R/Alto or the one used with G series in Swift or the one used in SX4 with M series engines ?
