You have the reclining adjustment (backward and forward - 2), adjust seat distance from steeing (near and far - 2), height adjustment (up & down - 2) and finally, thigh support (high and low - 2): so eight way support!

The entire features package does seems to be a great VFM!

Way to go Toyota

The Corolla has set a benchmark today, by making the safety equipment standard across all models and that too by offering most of the goodies of the top end at a reasonable price.
To me the Corolla is priced right, an inch away from the going to be launched G3HC.
If Honda doesn't bring the prices of G3HC down from the expected 9.0 to 9.5 lacs then the city buyers would be lured towards the Corolla.Afterall Corolla offers more VFM than a City if the City is priced at 9.5 lacs.
The biggest plus being a bigger and more powerful 1.8 L VVT-i engine which is as capable as the i-VTEC. Civic's lower end variant at around 10.5 lacs doesn't have so many things which the current Altis shall provide.
No alloys in Civic for 10.5 lacs.

Way to go Toyota . Head on with Honda this time and they have a winner all the way. Civic might look futuristic but believe me it really pains every time your 12 lac car scrapes the speedbreakers, or the service centre guy doesn't treat you well.

Time for Honda to spruce up, not just its cars and their pricing but also the after sales service.
Haven't heard of a single customer on T-BHP fretting purchasing a Corolla/Innova/Camry.
JMathew's civic and Mumbai floods aftermaths suffered by Honda customers are still fresh.

The new Corolla seems to be a fantastic VFM package. Kudos to Toyota for pricing it perfectly.

Just spotted a funny thing in the brochure - either the Multi Info Display is broken or this is going to be one very expensive car to run.

That looks to be a real-time mileage display. Assuming he is doing the indicated 17kmph in the previous screen, it seems fairly accurate.

Quite Possible but if I remember correctly the Lexus GX470, another Toyota product used to compute the average from tank to tank. Not like the BMW's who's MPG indicator moved according to real time driving.

Well it's got both. If you look at the first image it shows current consumption and the 5.8km/l is the average which should be tank to tank or for the trip since car was last started.
