Hello Parm, those tires are killing me. Any info on them?

BTW, I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the Xylo. If they offer ABS, I'll make a move.

The Hype created by M&M's marketing apart, not many people are excited about Xylo's launch. Frankly how many of the enthusiasts want to own one MPV?

I had a look at Mahindra showroom at Deccan today early morning, but no sign of Xylo. BTW, If I like the way it looks and if it is around 7L for diesel; I am definitely interested in Xylo!

the front end is disaapointing though the rear is great. good design and fabulous tail lights. quite opposite to that of the scorpio!

i like the interiors too.

The lights on the Xylo, both front and rear look quirky, for sure!
The overall design looks fine, something on the lines of the Tavera, rather than the Innova. From the Autocar pics, looks like the leg space is sufficient.

Launch in progress

Folks,

The launch of Xylo is in progress and there is a webcast on :: Welcome to Mahindra Xylo ::

One of the speakers seems to pretty apologetic of the fact that the launch was happening in the canteen of Nashik plant which has been converted into a conference room for the event.. Though he did mention that this seemed to be prudent given the current context, but it did not seem it was coming from heart as he time and again mentioned that the launch was not 5-starrish as they would have liked it to be

It is not a let down from M&M..though they could have done better..IMO the success of Xylo will be decided by the price factor.

Though it is not pleasing on the eye. The build quality seems very good. If the ride is as good as one expects based on the look mahindra definitely have a winner!
