cheapness!

Indians are pretty cheap people - as Russell Peters said. Life is so cheap, even spending 20 odd thousand on airbags is deemed expansive!

M&M can not be excused...simply for not providing ABS/Airbags even as an option. Total disgrace and shame on you M&M
I think age of Xylo is already over (read as Innova/Tavera killer)

Mahindra should have done away with that typical Scorpio grille in the first place. As I said before this vehicle looks best from the rear 3/4. The front spoils the overall look. Those fold out aircraft like tables are a nice touch. Though potential Innova owners may not go for this, I see a lot of Tavera taxi guys switching over to the Xylo. It seems a very practical option for them. I wonder when it hits the showrooms for a TD.

The modifications by http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/members/badboyscad.html makes the xylo look more like a SUV than a MPV. And it rocks !!

Nice effort BTW

An MPV !

A multi-purpose vehicle. Hmm. So they expect us to carry our whole family in a vehicle that does not support ABS or airbags. how many of us are willing to wager not just our lives but our family's too.

@ BBS : thats a fantastic ps job you have done on xylo.. The design looks much much better than the newly launched Xylo. Wish designers like you were present in every car manufacturer's design department. Keep it up BBS. . the front grille treatment you have given is superb.

One question: Why are so many of the plastic bits like the Glove box & underseat drawer insides & cupholders purple??
Did anyone else notice this or am I colourblind?

BBS great job. Your version looks much better than the original and I like it very much. A simple mesh job and paint job on the headlamps does wonders to the looks. Now I know what to do if ever I buy the XYLO.

I was right about this car, after all. It has "Soviet Era Contraption" written all over it. The only saving grace is the dash. Mahindra seems steeped in the "Birla/HM" school of design and thought, it seems. I doubt if even tour operators will bother to purchase something this ugly.A big thumbs down to this vehicle. Mahindra could definitely done better than this.
