Absolute rubbish! The Logan CNG is yet to be launched, yet it's on the top spot of Forbes cleanest cars? And then, there is the HM Lancer too. I can think of several smaller electric / alternate fuel cars that can beat these two hollow.

Totally worth ignoring.
