I also find the Tata service much much better than Maruti's. I may be an odd one out but I am sure there are many more cases like mine.
Unfortunately I find people to be much more tolerant when it comes to Maruti but the very same people would love to breathe down Tata Motor's neck & give then flak for the slightest mistake on their part.

TATA's dehradun centre "oberoi" did not used to be really good when we used to get the Indica Lsi serviced there.

MASS had been excellent in most of the cities our family has been with the exception of one minor incident at Rohan motors Noida and this recent crap MASS bhopal had in store for me.

Been Maruti owners, way back when dad first got his High roof Van in 1985.
Have been through many Maruti cars over the last 2 decades.
No problems with MASS.
