The rear bumper! It's sort of non-existent just like in the ANHC. Looks great though in both the applications.

Well Ford has some stake in Mazda, if you see the current product line up for both Mazda and Ford, they share the platform Mondeo- Mazda 6, Ford focus-Mazda 3, Fiesta (hatchback) Mazda 2.

With this, Ford has moved a bit from the conventional 3 box sedan to the cab-forward style. Hope they won't spoil the drivability and the dynamics going for more space and 'modern' looks...

My colleague, during his drive on the GST road spotted a test mule of a Ford Sedan. When he tried taking pictures, the driver parked the car immediately on the road side. He later spotted the same mule getting into the Ford factory on the outskirts of Chennai. Looks like the new Fiesta is already being tested.

it could be the sedan which may be badged as the mondeo in India. The fiesta sedan should not be launched so quickly after the facelift (just a year)

A very "CHUNKY" car , i must say. The existing Fiesta is a big disappointment in terms of interior space vis-a`-vis the exterior dimensions. I hope this hulking car also has a spacy interior.

And yes i agree with the statement that it is too soon for a replacement model when ford has recently facelifted the fiesta just less than a year back. So I guess that it might come with the Mondeo moniker and a 15 lac price tag.

Its like Swift Dzire!!

The hatch version of this looks like 100 times better!

(Just like Swift hatch is way better looking than Swift Dzire :P)

and yea! rear tires look tiny when the car is seen as a whole! :(

I do not like this car a bit.

It looks Chinese - maybe they made it like that for the Chinese market. It needs re-working, a lot of re-working both, at the rear and the front as well.

I would not touch this ugly car with a barge pole.

Are you sure that it's a Fiesta? I was told that they are planning to launch a small car (hatchback) codenamed 517 soon and there are already 4 cars doing rounds.

If it is the truth, then its the best looking sedan in the segment for my eyes, but something I will never buy.

The color sucks - it's very un-fordlike. This car would be much better in a full black or a 1.6S Blue attire.

But still, very un-fordlike. The rear is too SX4ish for my liking.

lol, this car needs to hit the gym

the sporty image of the current fiesta will be shattered effectively and there will be no real reason to choose the fiesta over other cars.

Beauty is in the eyes of the...

This one looks much sportier than the Current Fiesta - to me!
