used.

Times to come we will have many more activities that will contribute
to customer loyalty & delight, we will keep you all posted on the

well, this is really good news. Let me check what the price for a new headlamp assembly is for the palio 1.6 S10.

Edit: Checked the excel sheet. In some cases the price reduction is substantial. But HL assmbly for 6.2K (one side) is toooo much man. I think this is for the new design. Any idea on the cost for the old design headlight assmbly cost

So finally, FiAT India has woken up! :
It's clear that FiAT India is now very much cornered to a position that they have to decrease the prices of Palio spare parts.

Atleast now, FiAT fans here will stop harassing and blaming Tata for all the wrong doings of FiAT India. ;-)

The question still is how does it compare to spare part prices of a Maruthi or hyundai?
Some time back there was a Autocar article on spare part prices. if someone can get it scanned and put it up, it will good to compare. I seem to have lost that autocar copy.

I still feel prices have reduced but it aint enough. If this is the price trend of Fiat, then i am imagining that spare prices of Punto, linea will be very high.

What price trend?
Palio spare prices is comparable with Swift, Getz etc!

And spares prices for G Punto, Linea should be compared with cars in that segment!

Good to hear that the company actually discussed with owners, and took this step. They should have done this about four years back!!

Exactly, instead of talking it is comparable and asking us all to accept it. Why don't we get the 'fact sheet'. All I asked was that, so that it is better to discuss with facts.

Also when i said "spares prices for G Punto, Linea" I did mean comparing to other Maruthi or Hyundai in that segment. Sorry If I was little unclear.

Great news! Thanks finneyp for sharing it.

It shows commitment of Tata-Fiat to Indian market. I am sure these little steps would help Palio sales and image of Tata-Fiat.
