I am being offered brand new car at 9lac ex.showroom is this offer a steal.

yes u can procced with the offer its fantastic VFM, by the way can i know where its offered as iam intrested to buy.

if there are more cars I am also interested.
It is definitely VFM and I missed taking one before the phase out.

You can consider it if you are ok with older model. The biggest negative is the effect on resale, but then you normally make good that by the discount you are getting now. Make sure it is not a TD vehicle or something that had transit damage/repaired etc.

Try at something more discounts . Something like 8.5 - 8.75 Lakh.

Do Check the car fully before buying it.

9 Lakh Ex Showroom for this car is a sweet sweet deal. Actually its very nicely priced already, any more low balling from your side might not lead to success. I would say go ahead with the car, you get a much better and loaded car than ANHC which is the only other car in price range.

9 lakhs ex-showroom for a discontinued model? You gotta be kidding. I'd rather go for the fresh new ANHC or stretch for the Altis.

If you are looking at a pre-owned,then it is not a bad idea, else I agree with GTO - go for the ANHC.

Its not a bad deal really. I mean, take your mechanic along, and get the car 'scrutinized' completely before buying it. If its in perfect state, just go with it.

They are many people who've brough the earlier Corolla just before the Altis launch. So it would'nt really prove a deterrant.

Pre-owned at 9 lac not a bad idea:Shockked: .

I think you should check how many are left and wait till they get desperate enough to lower the price more.I think 9 lacs OTR would be a diabetic deal.:D

Depends on your budget. On ownership experience and costs, Corolla is easy on the wallet and mind. At 9 lakhs for a H2 model, it seems still a reasonable proposition.

This question is not so easy to answer. There is no other car in 9 lakhs range coming close to this corolla. But this being a previous generation model is not a very attractive buy at this price.. If you can get it at 9 Lakhs on road then you should go for it, otherwise you won't loose if you leave it.

IMO it is a good deal as recently it is discontinued so service and parts won't be a problem. Only thing to be taken care it is not TD vehicle
