In mumbai it should be 0 - 100. The place is a hive of traffic lights and Jams during the rush hour. Most cars inch between 0 - 40 max during this time. The initial pickup in such scenes matters. That's why the Civic and the Accord get irritating "virtual turbo lag". lol
