Saw the Linea at Concord, its looks good and definitely stands out of the group, its looks the more complete car in its category.

Positives:

1) Complete look in profile - better then the ANHC.
2) Great Interiors - everything, Dials, Seats, Steering, Quality of material. In fact much better that the ANHC in Quality & Much better looking then even the FORD.
3) Lights - Looks cool.
4) My vote for the best BUT and FACE.

Negatives: actually nothing

1) The door's don’t shut with the usual THUD which is synonym with FIAT cars, Safe n Sure.
2) Definitely would have liked for the ABS to be standard on all variants. Would have made FIAT the most complete car and competitive car

In fact is the only car which seems to have sort of managed to achieve everything right.

Have lined up a test drive on Saturday, once done will update on drive.

The guys who have already booked the car... who is going to get the car first. Have the dealer communicated the delivery date to you.

Signs of improvement ?

Signs of improvement ? I hope they are

--Two new dealerships in NCR ( Okhla nad Gurgaon)
-- Half page TOI advert
-- Event though its a TATA advert, Fiat logo is displayed well enough.
-- Have a look at the pics, all cars clustered but the the Linea given special newbie treatment
-- Banners all over Gurgaon (at least near my office)

Here is the copy of the advert in the newspaper.

This is most awaited amazing Sedan, now there is will be best competition, Linea is definately best in class and above. SX4, Verna, Fiesta have tough time for sure.

I feel ANHC will come next to Linea. I hope there will be some offers in other overpriced cars because of Linea.

Regards,

Ravi.

Looks like Fiat have done a good job with the car. Now what remains to be seen is the A.S.S

Steel rims have a wheel cover which look like the OE alloys.

Gears,
Red-One.

But i dont understand whenever i look at linea i feel something from inside, i dont know what it is...excitement, curiosity, admiration or appreciation. And whenever i compare linea to ANHC i'm not able to decide. Whats happening to me?
I guess Ashish22 you can "Admire" the Linea and "Enjoy your challanges" in the ANHC

Sorry OT- In my opinion, Maruti has the most dangerous 4 wheeler on Indian roads in the name of Omni.

Saw the Linea in flesh.

It is not as dashing as Honda but very elegant.
Could not TD.

The doors had that THUD people talk about and was very impressive.

Something tells me, if FIAT rolls out Punto quickly with reasonable pricing, they will start gaining confidence in India again.
Hope they do it soon.

Everybody loves FIAT. Those who dont are only jealous of it and mostly they dont own one.
Fiat should understand that nobody else enjoys the soft corner that it has from the people. [Of course some ppl criticise because of it's A.S.S but not really hate it - they are willing to give a second chance to FIAT]. Fiat should leverage on that. The love for the product is one of the most desired things to achieve by any company and they already have it.

They should keep this enthusiasm with the customers and themselves.
