Linea .. not ANHC because of honda's daylight robbery interms of price v/s feature offered in this very good car.

I have voted for Linea.
Why? Because out of all the contenders, only the Linea and Vista evoke some emotion and desire to own in me.

Swift DZire
What a fantastic Value for money car it is. Agreed it looks odd, but a huge boot+Multijet Engine+Decent ride , handling and space+Legendary Maruti after sales make it a winner!

ANHC for me.
I was confused betweeen i20 and ANHC, both have 1 thing missing in them, in ANHC, they are features and for i20, its the 1.2L engine. But voted for ANHC as the design and the exteriors are too radical and I think so that will shape the indian car designing future. Also at the same time the punchy 118bhp engine; with small feature list and not so impressive interiors also, it deserves to be Car of the Year 2008.

PS : Even im surprised to see Linea in the poll options, it hasnt been released and no person has TD it, I think its not apt to put it on poll options and also, strangely people have voted for that car. I wont vote for any car unless I TD it, see it on road and also know the prices.

Even I am confused over Linea's inclusion in the COTY awards. But it's not just here, even ACI has included the car in it's list. Shouldn't they and us include the car in the COTY 2009 since it's official launch is on Jan 14, 2009?

It's not just Linea then. Not all cars getting votes have been TD by people voting for them.

It is between ANHC and Linea for me. Although there is a confusion about Linea being in the list, my mind and brain tells me to click Linea.

ANHC can be given the best makeover award, but not T-BHP COTY award I guess. Lets wait and watch.

Very surprising to see a lot of people actually vote for a car they have not even seen in flesh - I am talking about the Linea.

The results of this poll will be flawed - people will vote for the cars they like / love. Simple.

I am voting for the Hyundai i20. Simply has to be the best car of 2008. It has really taken the game forward in the BIG hatches segment.

There is no Linea in 2008. Linea is C-segment car. So people want a C-segment car. Other C-segment option in the poll is ANHC.

Total ANHC votes = ANHC votes + Linea votes

Based on this ANHC wins the crown hands down .

Let Fiat release Linea into market
Let Linea specs & prices be known
Let people test drive Linea
Let people buy Linea
Let people service Linea

After all these, let us see if Linea wins COTY 2010 award .

It's the Liena for me. Believe me this car will change the rules of the midsize (Compact Salon) game in India. THat is if Fiat can deliver proper A.S.S.
