Rear door handles placement are quite unique atleast for the Indian market. Not sure how userfriendly it is to use.

The instrument cluster looks Honda'ish. Overall the design looks quite aggressive and bold.Hope the performance & FE are equally good.

If priced correctly then we customers can have a new option to choose from.

UK version of Honda Civic has exactly similar door handle, a quite unique to it I thought, until I saw this pic. of GM Baby.

Thanks Jebs!

I really liked the placement of the rear door handle, it makes the door looks so sleek while maintaining continuity of the paint job.

I agree that it looks slightly heavy on the front.

I'd really like a 2nd look at the console and instrument panel + interiors!

The car looks really awesome from the front, but the rear is a bit disappointing. I like the door handle treatement, and the interior looks cool too. Hope it comes with a good engine. If it comes with a diesel, it'll be a success for sure.

Just pray that GM does not screw up the pricing, like keeping a high price like the spark initially, and resorting to drastic price cuts after that.

great pics. the car seems to be an interesting proposition, but from the pics I feel the i10 still has a greater feel-good factor.

cheers

Looks a bit overdone though, especially the taillamps. When it comes to looks, I doubt if anything can beat the A-Star.

Looks overkill to me. Especially rear. Could have been simpler and yet stylish.

Agree with that. I was thinking the Beat's Front and the SRVs rear could make a really hot looking car.

I guess you will wait till 2 months of time. Chevy Matiz(2009) will be launched soon after cruze launch (diwali release).

@Joy: Beat will be launched for sure by october mid (Diwali release). And the cruze is ready for launch this month alone. Already reached showrooms/service centers. (Sources from ServiceEngineer Chevy).
