And frankly speaking, I liked what i saw.
Honestly, Chevrolet has Upped its Game and we should give them the credit.

Also one silly question, Where is the rear door handle gone in the picture ???

Good Pics Bouncer.
The car looks like a A-star to me with different tail lights and interiors. The interior of the car looks good and fit & finish seems to be good(better than polo).

There is no door handle at the rear, why so?. is it going to be virtual two door or remote open for back door.

Sudan_NFS, mate there is rear door handle fitted near its window panel on extreme left side, if you watch the second last picture carefully, its seen, new concept for our market which GM is giving us with Beat.Yet to see how useful and practical it is to use.

The side profile in the 3rd pic some how reminds me of A-STAR. Similar small size windows.

Looking at both picture, it seems A-star has a better boot capacity than Beat.

Moreover, accroding to this (if it is true)
http://***************.com/2009/10/g...ll-car-as-beat
people would be quite hesitant to buy this smallish (looks so) car at this price, however good engine/interios may be.

Real uplose snaps. Yep the A-Star looks are there, but this looks a segment bigger.

The Odo is really wacky and new age.

Two view points from my side:
1. Why is it a regular feature to ignore the needs of the rear seat passengers. I am seeing this trend among all the new cars, the newer they are the rear window is getting smaller. (except with Figo) My opinion is its the children who normally sit in rear and they need a bigger window to keep themselves occupied. Why is not any automobile company thinking of this point while designing.
2. From the back it looks more like Ritz and from side looks like A-star. But it actually looks like Ritz sitting on M800's wheels, I agree with Landcruiser on this point.
