Saw the new Palio

I know this is out of the blue but Fiat tests all its new vehicles in pune.
Long before there was news of Linea, we had seen it getting tested on pune roads.

This is similar. Yesterday, rather day before, i saw a smaller car from fiat being tested...(it was painted black/white).
It resembled palio but looked more like Chevy Aveo UVA but better.

I know it wasnt 500 or punto.....it was a normal mid-sized car..

But it was definitely BETTER than any of the hatchbacks available....

I may be too late on this but this is genuine .....

Couldnt get pics as they were zooming past...
also, if anyone is interested, please catch them on weekends sometimes on NIBM road in pune...thats where and when i saw them

Why would Fiat hide the features of the Punto?! Punto pics have been released long ago.

This could be the new Palio, heard that it is still being sold in some other countries still. The car needs refreshed interiors and probably better quality checks. Thats all.

Of course it can be the new Palio. If the Linea can come to India, And the Punto can come to India, what is stoping the new Palio from coming here?

This could be the Palio as he's earlier mentioned that it wasnt the Grande Punto so he certainly knows that this car was different.

Are you sure that it was not Grande Punto? Cos three GPs are doing round these days.

If its not GP, then it could be new Palio. Last week I had mailed to FIAT regarding Palio MJD and got a cryptic reply that "we have exciting plans for Palio Stil". So it could be a Palio with refreshed interiors..

Any other car from Fiat other than GP or Linea is exciting news indeed, be it the Bravo or New Palio

On NIBM road and on b'lore highway i have seen GP being tested. so possibility is that you might have seen GP. or another possibility is you might have seen Bravo. No chance for palio IMHO.
