All these days waiting for a superbly style world class crossover and what we het is DC designed kinda model.
The ugly bugs bunny grille has given way for this contraption and the bumpers design is far from eye pleasing.
Pray that this is not the production version.
Think Mahindra has learned the wrong thing from Ssyanyong.

its mahindra ofcourse. I could say it on noticing the bumber settings. At the point of contact between bumber and the fenders , the bumper runs wide like in a scorpio. QED

AAH, somehow this is looking so out of place and mismatched.Why such a wide bumper on the lower side?It will get scraped on many occasions.Also the ORVMs are looking way too small,look closely and even the color doesn't seem to match!Something fishy?

it is NOT an existing product re badged. It is nothing like the standard Scorp or any other vehicle from M&M so far.
it is completely new and has a great deal to be said for it in a positive sense. of course it does have some niggly bits but I believe most of these will be fixed prior to launch. I speak with conviction because I have been part of the specially identified select consumer base who were called in to check it out and share relevant feedback and impressions. However am not at liberty to reveal greater detail as to do this without permission would be a contravention of the "gentlemen's understanding" that I have with M&M.

Yes, the Ssangyong Korondo is leagues ahead interms of looks when compared to the pic of the so called W201.

A picture of 2 SUV's with camouflage does not prove anything. There can be so many SUV's with similar side profile. If I were put the captiva pic in there then would it make the new M&M a re-badged Chevrolet Captiva?

On a serious note, M&M really really needs to hire some half decent designers. I know looks are subjective, but I am sure even a community with diverse opinions like ours will agree that the recent [in the last 2-3 years] launches from M&M have been eye sores, to put it mildly.

This is definitely a MM product. May be the test mule with one of the different iterations for the front design. Overall the other part of the SUV looks good.

The 'muscles' on wheel arch ( on the black W201) should have carried on to the rear doors if im not mistaken, that whats seen normally. If thats' the case then both the photos arent the same. The open rear door of the white 'W201' shows no such 'muscles'.

the pic is probably a spy pic of one of the test proto mules.
the real pre production proto mule looks rather more accomplished

lets not get into too much speculation basis this pic. better to wait for the real thing - because it will be worth waiting for.

Guys I honestly feel that this is a PS.Look closely at the air-dams or whatever it is called below the headlamp it protrudes out on the wheel arch its just a straight flat thing instead it should have been curved accordingly with the body flare.Secondly look closely at the headlamps one has got a projector and the other one hasn't.
