What car is this??? Any guesses?

Dear frenz:

Gud day!! I had been to Trichy on my new "Blackagna" on new year day!
While coming back, I did spot a SUV which was covered all along taken for a wild test drive i suppose. Chased it like anything but could not take a snap of the front view thou.

Experts please chip in! What car is this?? It was really a monster on road. An ALTO was trying to chase it too along with me but absolutely with no luck.

The car that you have spotted in a new Mahindra SUV, which is much bigger, sportier in look (& powered with a powerful engine than Scorpio ??).
It will really look as monster on the road after Safari.
Thanks for sharing the pics with us.

spotted the W201 on my way to nashik yesterday. here are the fotos.
it looks much wider than my scorpio and very agile as well. when we overtook it, the driver saw me clicking snaps- so he slowed down so much that we had to halt to allow him to pass, so we could have a look again, and click more snaps. but once he overtook us, he zoomed away so fast that we lost him in no time!

although the tail lights have been taken from the older scorp, the ORVMs are completely different. and it seems to have two exhausts. should be quite a looker though, when it is actually launched. bas, pricing thik se karein.

Hey mandar, did you see how were the interiors appointed. Scorpio / Xylo like or better

From the pictures it seems that twin exhausts are going to be more common on Indian roads (referring to the Aria).

I like the 'hulk' look of the vehicle though some discount needs to given for the thermocoal padding!
I only wish(again) that M&M design team does an odd show and gives us a good product to look at and feel apart from the healthy engine compartment.

Going by the lessons learnt from the Scorp and implemented in the newer versions of the same by M&M, I m pretty confident about this vehicle and its pedigree.
Just hope it has no Xylo roots anywhere in the looks dept.
