Yes, the corollas are for the Judges. They did not get the civics due to some last minute plan change.

The Delhi HC judges have beautiful white Corollas too. With chauffeurs, obviously.

Better than the ancient Gypsies the poor Metropolitan Magistrates / Sub-Divisional Magistrates have to put up with!
