Reminds me of my observations when I was in US.
All Japanese cars had the fuel-door on the left-side of the car. All the American cars had it on right.

I love the silhouette of that car! This is the best proportioned car of late to hit the Indian market.

The red makes you WOW.. Lets see which colors we get in India. Also any interior pics as exterior spy pics are doing the rounds since eternity but no interior pics yet.

@aquavelva - do you have answers to some of the questions BHPians have on this thread?

1. How did you manage to get the factory tour?
2. Can you write a brief on your factory tour?
2. Were you able to get some interior pics of Punto? if not why?
3. Did you hear anything about the launch date of the Punto?

Please update us, else we cannot read too much into this thread and might as well close the thread.

I guess this thread should be closed. There are number of Punto threads floating around and no point in one more, unless aquavela shares some additional information

Any pics of the interiors would have helped

Interior pics would be just great, we have had numerous sightings of the Exterior. The interiors remain a mystery.
Why the questions over interiors? It's going to have the same interiors as the Linea both in design and quality.

Yes they will be same as Linea's. Actually, we should be saying that the Linea's interiors are same as GP's.

I remember a thread where the Gp and Linea were displayed at Concorde, Bangalore. Here are pictures of the left hand drive GP and you can expect it to look almost exactly like this from the outside, alloys included. I actually prefer the black centre console to the Linea's silver. Looks good -

Instead of closing, it would be better if all the Punto spy pics threads are merged.
