Hi GTO,

How was the meeting initiated ? Have they been in touch with you, The meeting does seem like it was arranged in advance with all three of you being at one place.

How did they come around to meeting you guys ?

Cheers

Holy hell! Never thought this would happen. Haven't been keeping up with this topic lately due to bad health, but wow. Amazing to see a company the size of Skoda being bent and brought down to face the music.

Great work everyone!

That's indeed a great work from your guys! Keep up the great work and motto to make the customers happy is really great.

Bottom line we need to see how the Skoda management is going bring in the changes in their after sales service in the near future.

Mr. Detlef Roemhild (GM, After Sales) - along with other members of the Skoda team were also present to hear what we had to say.
So they are not going to sue you now? Did you happen to mention that sacking their PR department might be good for them

Seriously... This is great news, and a monument to what you guys and this forum do for Indian motorists.

Rather than us being the middle-men, they are welcome to make any clarifications directly to our members and readers on this public thread themselves.

The Skoda Corporate member account is fully functional on Team-BHP and we have encouraged them to use it.

I absolutely agree.

HappyWheels,

We did not go into the specifics of how they plan to fix this - all we care about are the actual results.

We all already know what the walk is -- better after sales service and long-term customer satisfaction.

Team-BHP is a collective mirror for the consumers and their honest opinions will be reflected here. This is our voice, and this is the only talk that is important!

Mmmjgm,

A representative contacted us on behalf of Skoda early last week, requesting a meeting. After they put forth their agenda and the people who would be present - we agreed to meet.

This is indeed great news. Nice to see some concrete steps being worked out by Skoda.

GTO ,Rehaan , Navin and all the other mods - Hats of to your patience and efforts to make the Indian customer heard.

And congratulation to all Team-BHPians . this is indeed a collective effort and wishes of the people part of this wonderful TEAM.

One thing that will stand out is the fact that if there is a serious concern voiced on TBHP the industry will stand up to take notice and understand that the members of this forum will give them good feeback to work on.

Who needs those expensive market surveys , have a look at Teambhp and you will have some genuine facts and figures that no Market research firm will give you.

Skoda people speaking to the mods proves that T-BHP has had it's impact on them clearly!
Good to know that they initiated the talks. We would like to know what was the response from Skoda and what steps they are going to take against their erring dealers.

The post count has not increased beyond 6. BTW, what about the instigation? What did they say about this?
