The title is not favorable for a Google hit. Just having Skoda on the title page is not going to get this thread far.

But then, are we really trying for that or just interested in sharing the information with people who wants to know?

SKODA - CHANGE yourself !!!

Fellow T-bhpian's, keep up the good work, sooner or later SKODA is going to realize the might of Indian Consumers.

GTO, you had all the reasons to raise the poll question. The community is with you and this incident could potentially change the outlook & service offerings of big automotive corporations in India.

Harish, you showed us a great example in standing upto the insensivity and might of SKODA. All the best and I am sure that justice will prevail.

SKODA, Almost every auto enthusiast in this country is(was) a big fan of your products. However that does not mean you should take us for granted. CHANGE!!!

Skoda may have very limited manpower, but I guess they have lot more man hours to waste than us tbphians combined!
(Well I am just taking a very saddist guess that all there indian employees must have clicked good skoda links a million times to raise page rankings. I cant believe that Skoda India alone, without influense of Skoda global can make google play with the page rankings.)
If only they had used there man hours and "man minds" in the right direction....

Type in 'Skoda India Service' and you will see a thread from T-bhp on the 5th number- http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...athetic-2.html

However no mention of current threads on first 3 pages atleast.

I agree. I think they have their preferences very wrong. They do not want to change anything, as everything is working fine for them till now.
They have successfully fooled the average customers, that they are doing them a great service by selling them their premium cars, which require premium servicing at premium prices. The customer also thinks that since he is paying everything at a premium, he will also be considered a premium car owner. Everybody is happy.

I think, the new skoda buyers usually know about all the premium costs involved in owning and maintaining a skoda. Its generally the second hand skoda buyers who move up from maruti, hyundai etc, and get the shock of their lives when they hear the premium costs involved in maintaining the car, and unfortunately these poor guys will have to bear a lot, since the car also will be out of warranty by the time the car reaches them and car also will be due for major service overhauls. Now skoda jumps in and reminds the second hand skoda owner that this is a premium car and be ready to pay the premium for owing it.

Looks like Skoda India has been spending so much time on other websites, they forgot to take care of their own.

Did any of their dealers removed the remaining valves from the V6?

People getting pages blocked might well be the case.
However, search engines do the first collation by thread titles. Many other factors are then incorporated into the algorithm.
The current title will hardly get included as a relevant one at first instance!

And the 2.66 valves per cylinder is an all new emerging technology from the labs of Skoda to stun the world in the coming days! Less is more!
What next? The one-bit single valve engine!
