Thanks for the update K.S, now we know its launching on the 7th for sure!!

The two cars are the Petrol 1.4 and the diesel. Notice that the car on the invite has a sunroof!

yes I think it is the CRDi and 1.4 petrol engine.
This is what i20 required in the first place when it was launched.
Now that these two engines are coming i20 is surely starting to make sense.'
and Hyundai seems to be coming back on track atlast after loosing out somewhere midway post the success of santro and getz.
Ofcourse they still need to price it intelligently and not "Jazzily" though.

1) 1.4 L CRDI
2) 1.4 L Petrol AT version

Let us wait to see if the second marvel is correct !!

Great, will i20 swallow other recent launches for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Seems like H tested waters initially and was pleansantly surprised by the market reaction!

BTW, are those front skirts too, in the first pic? Or is it my wishful thinking?

The UK version has Rear Disc brakes and 195/50 R16 footwear. Hope they get at least rear discs and 15' footwear on the Indian version.

Mumbai dealers have started booking @ 80K + petrol i2o prices with a delivery of 3-4 weeks.

i20 Indian version will come with 185/65-14 Apollo Aceleres on 5 spoke alloys.

Please read through the thread before you comment. The features are the same as the petrol model.
