The dealers do not have the update on price yet, but there are surely 3 versions (Magna, Asta and Asta O)

And the difference from the petrol version is that the CRDi MAGNA comes with ABS and the Asta O comes with Sun roof.

There is an Asta version in the Indiranagar trident (bangalore)

If that is the ex-showroom price : add another 75k (min) for RTO + Insurance.

Which means top end diesel i-20 will be around 7.95 OTR which is roughly around 1.15 lac more than the Punto 1.3 MJD Emotion Pack

Interesting prices. Right into the Honda Jazz territory. But I guess, they are alright for diesel. It would be a little more than 8l in Bangalore for the top end model. Is the engine confirmed to be the 90 bhp version?

Yes, the engine is 90BHP confirmed.

The pricing seems to me bit more than expected and i guess may be by 25k.

so the diesels cost 1.2 to 1.4 lac more than the petrols...
i hope the CRDi engine is 90bhp and a stonker...

the asta has the lowest premium over the petrol 1.2; however the Magna is a good buy if it has ABS as mentioned in the post
edit : whats the torque for the CRDi mill? I saw 110nm on a website - surely its much more??
