Isn't Cedia within the 10L bracket? - if yes, then it definitely belongs here.

Guys, how is it that the Swift petrol does not seem to be a favorite as a drivers car. Its got a zippy engine, and awesome handling. So how come its not on too many lists? Isnt is an enthusiast's car also with a lot of mod potential?

Wasn't there a similar thread on the best driver's car?

Anyway, Fiesta 1.6 S and Palio 1.6 for me.

I believe the thread refers to cars which thrill drivers not KILL drivers

Though I agree, why bungee and skydive when you can get the thrill right here on terra firma!

Flooring the Diesel out of a very tight corner with the torque steer coming in amounts to a very large quantity of fun.

My top three would be the Accent (1.6 DOHC), Swift Diesel and the Type II VTEC in that order.

i think you meant Honda city mk2. there was no mk3.

some obvious omissions are Lancer and Baleno

my rating would be as under

1) Baleno
2) Lancer ( but for the anemic engine )
3) OHC

never driven a fiesta 1.6 or palio

yes sir very much. OHC 1.5EXI was round 8.7 in Kerala ( on road ) and hence Vtec should be very much below 10 - dont know the exact amount though

My Choice

The Maruti Suzuki Zen, this car is not only chosen by my head but also chosen by my heart. I have always been a Zen fan and will continue to be.

Yes. We should have the 1.6L DOHC Accent in this list. It's a pleasure to drive this car.
