2010 Honda CR-V facelift..spot the difference!

2010 Honda CR-V Facelift: First Official Photos, Unveiling on Sep. 17 - Carscoop
Turns out that the scoop photo of the refreshed 2010 Honda CR-V that we showed you back in May was the real-deal as this official shot of the facelift model that was published on Honda's Japanese website confirms. According to Honda, the updated CR-V will be revealed on September 17, which also happens to be the first day of the Frankfurt Motor Show - though, we don't know if Honda will actually unveil the SUV in Germany.

It will take a trained eye to notice the extremely subtle cosmetic changes on the 2010 CR-V - at least in what concerns the front end as we don't have any other photos of the model. These include the larger upper grille that now features less chrome trim, the modified lower grille and the reshaped bumper with the new lower part and smaller fog light housings.

We're not aware of any other styling changes or mechanical upgrades, but we gather that Honda will release full details of the European and North American 2010 CR-V along with the JDM model.

To me its only the bumper customization done. Any chances of Diesel getting launched?

Wish they would go back to the 2004 squarish CRV model. In my opinion, that was the best Honda that I have ever seen.

It doesn't need any more changes, it looks awesome as in the above pic. It only needs a realistic price in India and see it selling like hot cakes..

The guys are reffering to the SUV in the background it looks like an Outlander, but I am myself not sure on why they are reffering to the SUV in the background or is the one in background a spied CRV.

Its really confusing

Sure looks a stunner, definitely looks better than the 2004 squarish model. However it resembles the current CRV quite a lot.

The changes need a keen eye to get noticed. I like the new bumpers but I dont understand whats with the small fog lamp thing. I find it in every other car, is there a reason for making it small or is it just for looks ?

fog lamp is suppose to direct light onto the road rather than through or into the fog!

you need understand and learn the correct use of fog lamp during foggy conditions! in foggy conditions you need to switch you headlights only on parking lights and not the main lights and along with the parking lights you need to switch on the fog lamps which will direct the light onto the road to show you which way you are going.

thats why the fog lamps are always below the headlights and their size doesnt matter, they are adequate as provided by the OEM!

Thats a current CRV and not a NEW model, cause the current model has xenon projector headlight where as the one showed in the photo has a conventional headlight!

lets get over with this thread guys!
