Excellent news ram!! I'm proud of this!
And all the more proud of you to have thoughtfully arranged this!

19th July : Last day of the show and we were warned that the crowd would be humungous.By noon, the DHAA stalled was over crowded and the fences collapsed twice.I talked to the organisers and arranged 2 bouncers at each corner.I myself wanted don that role (courtesy Pandey Ki Rasoi),but restrained as were not the organisers.
The crowd was becoming uncontrollable by 4pm and i was told that a long queue was awaiting outside.
Wow!! Thank God I decided to make it on the second day itself!

Excellent pics., Nazim!!

You've captured even better shots of Suren's fiat and the Matchless than I had!!
I don't know if the difference in lighting had anything to do with it as well, but I reckon I should upgrade my camera to a higher mpix soon! :(

That reminds me- sorry I forgot to mention earlier- a big thank you to hillram and suren who'd helped me with the entrance pass in time!

Continuing, the Nano, from the front close-up looks a lot (atleast to me!) like the alien Jaadoo(?) from Koi mil gaya!

Also hillram in his suit and with his Lambretta looks very close to a Mod (no, Not Moderator! )

Keep em coming!

LOL we never change. I too won a prize from that girl in a black and white printed dress she asked two questions that were sure-shots just as I was walking past her on the way to the snack stand next to her/ Those two wearing diaphanous nano-dresses manning the real estate guys stall caught my eye as their attire was totally inappropriate for the occasion as well as the time of the day. I did notice that one of them (the shorter one) was quite pretty - sad about the dress though. Audi and VW are nominated for the "Stalls with best hostesses" prize and split the honours - the girls at the VW stall were friendlier and more helpful (they were also better informed about the products in the stall).

Thanks for all the lovely pics guys.

Cheers,

Many years back both BMW and Mercedes had introduced seats that not only incorporated massagers but airconditioning. I assume the fan (didn't notice it) would be for that? Don't know for sure

Nazim great work with the camera.

The pictures of the beauties are awesome. But a special mention to the pictures of the banners with messages for safe driving and going green. Very thoughtful of you to share them on the forum along with the others.

The fans are part of the "air scarf". One can drive top down in cold weather with warm air circulating around your neck/head
