spotted a test mule in the morning on Karve Road near McD. the engine was making a typical diesel noise so i am guessing that we will have a TDi version along with QJD for vista sedan.
also confirmed is the normal console for the sedan. i was driving next to the test mule along with my wife. we both saw that the central console design from vista is not being used. we tried to take snaps using phone but the driver saw it and made sure that we can't snaps. there was a LCD strip over the central a/c vents, presumably for DDAS/DIS/... not sure but it was showing some data.

I hope Tata tries to differenciate the front end of the car from an Indica Vista and also give this car another name rather than relating it to the Indigo. There are plenty of customers out there who like the cars but are put off by the older model names.

^Yes.sadly Vista also faced the wrath of the bad name made by earlier Tata Indicas(98-2002) by having the advertisements "Indica Vista".Heard ,these days the ads are saying only as TATA Vista?

Yup . Indigo Vista would mostly get Linea engines as per most auto mags. About the alloys, i think only Indica Vista limited edition one had neat alloys of any Tata car till date. Dont expect too much though.

yes indigo-vista will have Linea engines.
I think Linea's engines will be upgraded next year (made more expensive so that Linea will be very much above indigo vista's price-band)

No changes in Indigo CS range and would continue as it is.

Only models that will be upgraded / replaced will be Petrol & TDi engine versions of Indigo with discontinuation of DiCOR models.

Therefore no change in Indigo CS, Marina, even XL as of now.

Does that mean the end of the road for the 1.4L Dicor? There was a scoop on the forum which said, there'll be an New Indigo Dicor.

yes, havent heard of dicor engine getting phased out fromtata, infact thats the engine which does duty on indigo's lineup till now, or maybe tata mght comeout with quadrajet indigo in new line and stop them, but what about its CS version , will it have new quadrajet engine as well.
